Banks in Ireland II

April 2nd, 2010 by Cornflakegirl

english spanish

Last November, I was delighted with my new bank but now because of its closure, I´ve had to change to a new bank.  While with  Halifax everything was easy and quick; on the contrary Permanent is making everything confusing and hard. Although it was quite easy to open the account, now it´s getting more difficult and less efficient. The most important aspect is that the services that I require from my bank, I can´t get them although I was told that  I would. In addition, the quality of the service is poor.

So if the situation doesn´t improve in the next few weeks, I would be forced to change to a new bank.

Banks in Canada are pretty good on the other side. I have much less problems with them than I had in France, although I did switch banks for better (and cheaper) services a few years ago.
