On Friday night, we attended the first Iron Maiden’s gig in Europe in the so called “last tour”. It also was the first time that I saw them on the stage. What can I say? They were awesome! Although the setlist’s songs weren’t my favourites, their performance was stunning. Dio was supposed to be their supporter band but, unfortunately, he passed away some months ago so they dedicated him their song, “Blood Brothers”, and it was warm and sweet. After so many years in the business, because of their talent and experience, it was easy to realise why they still are on the top. Up the Irons!
