The Red Tree
The Red Tree isn’t a tale, nor a it’s a metaphor about a trip through your darkest hours where the final destination is hope. The girl, nameless main character, shows us with some images and few words that, it doesn’t matter how lost we’re feeling, there’s always a way out.
It’s a beautiful book, full of simbolism but close and warm. The author, Shaun Tan, is well known because of his collaboration in the movie, Wall*E.

Looks like a nice metaphor about life!

Zhu: Indeed! I love it, it’s a beautiful optimistic metaphor.
